Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Educational Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international admissions, student visa procedures, and counseling techniques. You will guide prospective students throughout their study abroad journey while consistently achieving enrollment targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study opportunities in the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, the USA, and other destinations.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable universities and programs.
• Guide students through the complete admission process, including university selection, application preparation, offer letters, and enrollment.
• Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, financial documentation, scholarships, and immigration regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Ensure all student records and CRM data are maintained accurately.
• Stay updated on university admission policies, visa regulations, and market trends.
• Coordinate with partner universities and internal departments to ensure smooth application processing.
• Mentor junior counselors and contribute to improving counseling quality and team performance.
• Participate in educational seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Educational Counselor or Study Abroad Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of international admissions and student visa processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting admission or sales targets.
• Strong counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling applications for the UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, or the USA.
• Knowledge of scholarships, university partnerships, and changing immigration policies.
• Leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
