About the Role:
Empire Visa Consultants is seeking a knowledgeable, motivated, and client-focused Senior Education/Visa Counselor with 3-5 years of experience handling visa and education consultancy services for European and US destinations. This role is critical in maintaining high client satisfaction and ensuring successful visa outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and counseling to clients on visa categories, including tourist, study, work, and family visas for Europe (especially Schengen countries) and the United States.
• Advise clients on higher education opportunities and visa pathways, with a focus on PhD programs in the UK, and higher education in New Zealand, Finland, and Sweden.
• Analyze client profiles, assess eligibility, and recommend the most suitable visa and education pathways.
• Assist clients in compiling, organizing, and reviewing all required documentation to meet embassy/consulate and university requirements.
• Prepare and submit visa applications, including completing online forms (e.g., DS-160), scheduling appointments, paying fees, and tracking application progress.
• Stay up-to-date with visa policies, immigration law changes, and procedural updates for EU, US, and relevant education destinations.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and visa facilitation centers, embassies, and universities.
• Maintain detailed client records in CRM systems and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct pre-interview preparation, mock sessions, and coach clients on presenting themselves confidently.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualification/Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Visa Counselor, Education Consultant, or Advisor, handling European (Schengen) and US visa applications.
• Experience counseling students and professionals on PhD applications in the UK and higher education opportunities in New Zealand, Finland, and Sweden.
• Deep knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and application procedures for EU, US, and other key education destinations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail, especially in validating sensitive documents and information.
• Proficiency in visa portals, online application systems, and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
