Senior Electrical Design Engineer

𝗡𝗮𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 is looking for an 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with 𝟰+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience to join our Technical Office, focusing on 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer located in Alexandria. In this role, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems, preparing technical drawings, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective solutions for power distribution and electrical implementations. Additionally, you will support the project lifecycle by conducting system evaluations and problem-solving as necessary.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Design and develop electrical power, lighting, and low-current networks for large projects and residential compounds.
• Prepare and review electrical design drawings, layouts, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Support value engineering and design optimization for large-scale developments.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical design within real estate or construction projects.
• Proven experience working on large projects (compounds, mixed-use, or high-rise).
• Strong knowledge of electrical networks and systems design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a plus).
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
