Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural and civil drawings and identify list of materials.
• describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
• Prepares and reviews architectural and civil specifications for projects.
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time.
• Maintain material suppliers’ database
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience (preferably in the UAE/GCC).
• Strong knowledge of LV, MV, ELV, and power distribution systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP
• Solid understanding of IEC, IEEE, NEC, and international electrical standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time.
• Must be experience in Design as a Mandatory.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations (advantage if applying in UAE).
