Hiring for Senior Electrical Engineer

Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Type: Full-time, Regular/Permanent – General Shifts
Locations: Hyderabad (Kukatpally, Narayanaguda, Madhapur), Tirupati, Bangalore, Jaipur (Rajasthan), Delhi, Suryapet (Telangana), Warangal

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Address all electrical-related tasks by coordinating with the DM and ensuring completion of work through branch electricians/vendors, based on availability of store materials, to provide efficient service to branches.
• Monitor periodic services such as A/C AMCs, RO plants, DG sets, UPS, water coolers, etc.
• Verify assets in all branches, identify shortages, gather accurate information on missing items, and closely track assets during branch shifts or vacating processes, ensuring timely ATF submission.
• Monitor main power supply, electrical and generator meter readings, and improve electrician productivity by guiding/training them on electricity and diesel-saving practices.
• Optimize the use of electrical assets to avoid unnecessary or additional procurements.
• Handle all maintenance-related works.
• Oversee new upcoming projects.
• Instruct and monitor periodic maintenance of all electrical equipment (DG, RO plant, A/C, etc.).
• Attend owner meetings for new projects and guide them to fulfill organizational requirements.
• Possess good knowledge of costing for infrastructure-related works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Must be willing to travel to school/college branches.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Salary: Rs.22,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month
