Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Purpose:

Responsible for leading and supporting all electrical maintenance activities within the factory to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement of production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.
• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, machines, and utilities.
• Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.
• Lead and guide a team of electricians and technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.
• Troubleshooting different control problems (PLC , Drives ,…ect)
• Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumption.
• Control the maintenance expenses on a monthly basis.
• Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.
• Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare parts availability.
• Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders.
• Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.
• Participate in planning and preparation for projects.
• Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
• Follow up on contractors’ daily performance & on site activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity to specifications.
• Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team members.
• Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.
