Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading and supporting all electrical maintenance activities within the factory to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement of production operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency.

Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems, machines, and utilities.

Enhance the equipment performance by updating the PM(preventive maintenance) programs.

Lead and guide a team of electricians and technicians to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

Coordinate with production and mechanical teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.

Troubleshooting different control problems (PLC , Drives ,…ect)

Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumption.

Control the maintenance expenses on a monthly basis.
-
Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis.
-
Review and modify the spare parts item cards limits to ensure spare parts availability.

Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders.
-
Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly.
-
Participate in planning and preparation for projects.
-
Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
-
Follow up on contractors’ daily performance & on site activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity to specifications.

Raising-up team skills by internal technical training and coach new team members.

Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step.
