Senior Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, supervising, and managing electrical systems for large-scale projects. This role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, planning, and implementation of electrical systems for projects.
• Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring work is executed as per project requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct technical evaluations, load calculations, and cost estimations.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for electrical engineering challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum [8] years of proven experience in electrical engineering, with at least [3] years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Previous experience in [industry sector, e.g., MEP contracting, construction, power systems is highly desirable.
