About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with DEWA or ADDC approval to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, supervising, and managing electrical projects for commercial, residential, and industrial developments. This role requires deep expertise in HV/MV/LV electrical systems, compliance with UAE regulations, and the ability to lead complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Design, review, and approve electrical systems, ensuring compliance with DEWA/ADDC regulations
✔ Prepare and submit electrical drawings, load schedules, and technical reports for authority approvals
✔ Lead electrical project execution, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
✔Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
✔ Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to obtain necessary approvals
✔ Implement energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions
✔ Ensure adherence to UAE Electrical Codes, international standards, and best practices
✔ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications & Skills

· DEWA / ADDC Approval as a Senior Electrical Engineer (Mandatory)

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

· 7+ years of experience in electrical design, installation, and project management in the UAE

· Expertise in HV/MV/LV power distribution, lighting, ELV, and renewable energy systems

· Strong knowledge of DEWA, ADDC and NFPA standards

· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
