We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will take ownership of electrical design and execution across high value projects. You will play a key role in ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and seamless coordination between engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design Ownership
Lead the design and development of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and control systems for construction and industrial projects.

End to End Project Involvement
Support all phases of the project lifecycle from concept design and technical planning to execution, testing, and commissioning.

Technical Leadership
Provide guidance to junior and mid level engineers. Review technical documents and ensure quality and compliance across all deliverables.

Site Coordination
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to ensure proper installation and system performance.

Compliance and Standards
Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet local regulations and international standards. Conduct inspections and resolve technical issues proactively.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.

Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of power systems, load calculations, electrical design software, and industry standards.

Education
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Certifications
Professional certifications are preferred but not required.

Language Skills
Fluent in English. Arabic is an advantage but not required.

Mindset
You are detail oriented, solution driven, and capable of managing complex challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Salary OMR 2200 to 3500 per month
