SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our engineering initiatives and drive innovation in our electrical systems. You will oversee the full lifecycle of electrical design, from initial concept to final commissioning, ensuring excellence, safety, and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems etc.

• Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

• Ensure all designs comply with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC) and local safety regulations.

• Interface with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or PE license preferred).

• 10 + years of proven experience in electrical design and project management.

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or EPLAN).

• Strong knowledge of power system analysis software (ETAP or SKM).

• A natural leader with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive team performance.

• An analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting complex electrical issues under pressure.
