Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in electrical design, site supervision, and BIM coordination using Autodesk Revit (MEP).

Candidates must have proven experience in high-rise building projects within Dubai/UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design development for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Prepare and review electrical drawings using Revit (MEP environment)
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for design integration
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor site execution quality
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with DEWA regulations and Dubai authority requirements
• Provide technical support and resolve site-related engineering issues
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and project documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 13–15 years of experience in electrical engineering consultancy
• Mandatory UAE/Dubai experience in high-rise building projects
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Extensive experience in site inspections and site coordination
• Strong knowledge of DEWA standards and local authority regulations
• Ability to manage projects independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
