Senior Electrical Engineer ( Grade A)

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Senior Electrical Engineer (Grade A) to lead the design, development, and supervision of complex electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers while delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, review, and approval of electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
• Perform load calculations, system studies, and electrical analysis
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes and safety standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree advantageous)
• Registered as a Professional Engineer – Grade A with the relevant engineering council
• Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in power systems, building services, or industrial electrical projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical design software and engineering tools
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
