About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer – Supervision to join our consultancy team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical works on large-scale building developments, specifically three-tower projects with a common podium, ensuring full compliance with approved designs, specifications, and local authority regulations.

This role is strictly for candidates with UAE consultant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works on multi-tower developments with shared podiums
• Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE codes
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
• Monitor site progress and quality of electrical works
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
• Attend site meetings and prepare supervision reports
• Liaise with local authorities and utility providers as required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer (Supervision)
• Mandatory UAE consultancy background
• Proven experience on three-tower projects with a common podium
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, etc.)
• Excellent understanding of electrical systems in high-rise/mid-rise buildings
• Strong coordination, supervision, and communication skills
