Senior Electrical Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor with 10-15 years of hands-on expertise in electrical installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced knowledge of power systems, control panels, generator sets, telecommunications infrastructure, and renewable energy solutions. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex electrical systems, train technical staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and commission electrical systems including rectifiers, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and automatic mains failure (AMF) systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on all types of electrical equipment and power distribution panels
• Manage installation and commissioning of generator sets, fire detection systems, and HVAC control systems
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians and technical staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines
• Develop technical documentation, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting reports
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide expert consultation on electrical system design and optimization
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of professional electrical experience
• DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) in Electrical or equivalent
• Trade certification in General Electrician work
• Proficiency with multiple generator brands (Caterpillar, Denyo, SDMO, etc.)
• Knowledge of rectifier systems (Eltek, Emerson, ZTE, Power One)
• Experience with telecommunications infrastructure (Ericsson RBS systems preferred)
• Expertise in power distribution panels (PDB), fire detection systems, and control systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree in Power Systems or Engineering Management
• Certifications in renewable energy systems (Solar, Wind)
• Experience with SCADA and telemetry systems
• Project management certification or experience

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
