Location: QNB Al Mathaf Tower
Salary: QAR 3,500/month (All inclusive)
Contract Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Work Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary

Our client, a leading Facilities Management company in Qatar, is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance operations, supervise technicians, and oversee PPM and corrective maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Facilities Management experience, expertise in electrical systems (MV panels, ATS, UPS), and the ability to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of work.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of, MV Panels, ATS Systems, UPS System, Electrical Distribution Panels.
• Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities.
• Utilize CAFM systems for work order management, maintenance tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain FM documentation, maintenance reports, checklists, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with facility management teams and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven supervisory experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of MV panels, ATS, UPS systems, and electrical maintenance.
• Experience with CAFM systems, PPM, and CM activities.
• Ability to prepare maintenance documentation and technical reports.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, team management, and troubleshooting skills.
