SENIOR ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS REQUIRED

REPORTS TO: Engineer / MEP Supervisor

Job Summary:

· The senior Electrical Technician is responsible for leading advance electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair activities. Provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with electrical, safety standards and supervise Electrical Technicians daily maintenance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Install, inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, drives and control equipment.

· Diagnose electrical faults.

· Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.

· Perform corrective maintenance as per annual system schedule

· Read and interpret system operation manual.

· Read and interpret system electrical schematic drawing.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulation.

· Comply with Environmental regulation.

· Prepare annual maintenance schedule

· Prepare monthly service report.

· Coordinate with Engineer and supervisor to resolve technical issues

· Communicate with other maintenance department and coordinate share activities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

· Must have Electrical Diploma from a reputable school.

· Must have a minimum of Five (7) years of experience in Building Electrical Maintenance work from a reputable organization.

SKILLS & COMPETENCE REQUIRED:

· Must have basic computer skill. (Office)

· Must have good English communication skill (reading, Writing and Speaking).

· Must be able to work independently and reliably.

· Must have high level of expertise in reviewing blueprints drawing.

· Must Have high level of expertise in installing new air conditioning systems

· Must Have high level of expertise to attend emergency repair and resolve issues.

· Must have deep understanding of fabricating equipment parts to meet specialty needs or replace parts that may not be readily available.

· Must have high level of expertise to search market for spare parts.

· Must have capability to lead AC Technicians

· Must Have capability to lead AC annual maintenance contract

· Age between 30-40 years.
