This is an opportunity for an experienced electrician who wants to step up, take ownership, and help build a business, with a clear pathway into a lead role and future partnership.

At Amptec Electrical, we’re growing and looking to expand into electric heating and renewable systems. We want someone who can take that area and run with it.

The Opportunity

You’ll start by working alongside the business, but the goal is simple:

Develop and lead the electrical heating & renewables side of the company

Play a key role in business growth and direction

Progress into a long-term leadership / partnership position

This is ideal for someone who:

• Wants more than being “on the tools” forever
• Has ambition to build something of their own (without starting from scratch)
• Is interested in the future of energy (EV, solar, heating systems)

Your Role

• Deliver high-quality domestic & commercial electrical work
• Take ownership of jobs from start to finish
• Develop expertise in:
• Electric heating systems
• EV charging
• Renewable technologies
• Help shape systems, processes, and service offerings
• Represent the business professionally and build client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience
• 18th Edition (essential)
• 2391 Testing & Inspection (preferred)
• Central heating / controls experience (a bonus, not a must)
• Full UK driving licence
