Senior Email Marketing and LinkedIn Strategy Expert

We are hiring a full-time Senior Email Marketing & LinkedIn Strategy Expert to lead and scale our outbound growth engine. This is a strategic, results-driven role where you’ll take full ownership of planning, execution, and optimization of outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with leadership and manage a small team focused on delivering qualified leads and measurable growth. This is a full-time, long-term position (not a contract or freelance role).

What you’ll work on:

• Own the entire outbound strategy across email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Build, manage, and optimize cold outreach campaigns with a strong focus on personalization and conversions.
• Lead a small team executing outbound efforts and drive their performance through clear processes and experimentation.
• Set up and maintain outreach tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Salesloft, Waalaxy, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Continuously A/B test subject lines, email copy, and targeting sequences to improve response and conversion rates.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics on a weekly basis.
• Align outreach messaging with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure consistency and relevance.
• Stay ahead of email deliverability best practices and platform changes to ensure high inbox placement.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-based businesses.
• Proven success building outbound engines that generate qualified leads at scale.
• Strong command of email deliverability, sequencing, messaging strategy, and outreach automation tools.
• Experience leading a team or managing cross-functional contributors in a growth-focused environment.
• Excellent written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, strategic thinker who thrives on ownership and accountability.
