Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Embedded Developer with strong expertise in Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) and real-time Ethernet communication for industrial automation products. The ideal candidate will design and optimize embedded TSN protocol components, develop real-time software, and contribute to next-generation deterministic networking solutions used in controllers, gateways, and managed switches.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement TSN protocol components including IEEE 802.1AS, 802.1Qbv, 802.1Qbu, 802.1Qci, and related scheduling/policing mechanisms.
• Develop and optimize embedded software, network drivers, and real-time communication layers in C/C++.
• Integrate PTP (IEEE 1588) synchronization and hardware timestamping into embedded systems.
• Participate in system architecture and design reviews for deterministic networking solutions.
• Work closely with firmware, hardware, and validation teams to deliver reliable TSN-enabled features.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, and latency/jitter analysis for time-critical applications.
• Contribute to implementation and integration of industrial Ethernet protocols such as Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and OPC UA TSN.
• Mentor junior engineers and support improvements in coding practices, processes, and development quality.
• Participate in TSN interoperability and conformance testing using industry-standard tools and analyzers.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming skills in C, C++ for embedded systems.
• Experience with Embedded Linux or RTOS environments.
• In-depth knowledge of TSN standards: IEEE 802.1AS, 802.1Qbv, 802.1Qbu, 802.1Qci, 802.1Qcc and IEEE 1588 PTP.
• Proficiency with debugging tools: Wireshark, tcpdump, Scapy, JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes.
• Hands-on experience with ARM-based SoCs and TSN-capable Ethernet controllers.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with Linux TSN kernel stack, QoS, and advanced scheduling subsystems.
• Hands-on experience with network test equipment such as Ixia, Spirent, Meinberg.
• Understanding of real-time Ethernet and industrial networking principles.

Skills to Be Evaluated

• Expertise with TSN-capable Ethernet controllers and real-time embedded networking workflows.
