We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join the team. In this role, you will dive directly into high-impact litigation, lead courtroom strategy, serve as first or second chair in trials as needed, take and defend critical depositions, and manage a strategic docket with the support of a seasoned team. The ideal candidate is a Plaintiff-Side Employment Litigation Attorney with at least 7+ years of litigation experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a docket of employment law cases from inception through trial
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and trial briefs
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and professionalism
• Represent clients in court, arguing motions and presenting persuasive advocacy
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and refine case strategies
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation and serve as second chair when needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience
• Strong experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience taking depositions required, trial experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage cases independently, develop strategy, and mentor junior attorneys
