Position: Senior Contracts Specialist

Reports to: Contracts Supervisor

Overview:

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Contract Specialist who can assist the HR Department to manage, prepare, and analyze contracts across all the club's sports. This position requires a strong understanding of legal terminology, and a keen eye for detail to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts and procurement agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analysis of the contracting process and to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee, player and coach records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract execution to ensure obligations are met.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, or a related field.
• Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, CCCM).
• 2-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in both the English and Arabic language.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
