Senior Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Senior Engineer to oversee and manage high-rise building projects and large-scale developments. The ideal candidate will hold a Dubai Municipality G+Unlimited license and possess extensive UAE experience in building construction, project coordination, and site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of high-rise and complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and supervise project teams, including junior engineers, site staff, and subcontractors to ensure high performance and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, development codes, and technical specifications.
• Conduct and lead progress meetings, monitor timelines, and control project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP engineers, and stakeholders to achieve seamless design integration and buildability.
• Provide technical expertise, quality assurance, and value engineering recommendations to enhance project efficiency.
• Maintain a proactive approach to risk identification, safety compliance, and issue resolution.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirement :

• Experience: Minimum 9 years of UAE experience in building construction, with proven involvement in high-rise or complex structures.
• License: Valid Dubai Municipality G+Unlimited license (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Project Management: Strong background in project planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, structural systems, and QA/QC processes.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractor performance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required, Arabic an advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to handle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
