Job Title: Engineering Consultancy Office Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly capable Office Manager with solid experience working specifically within the city of Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the engineering consultancy office, supervising technical teams, handling project coordination, and ensuring compliance with Dubai’s regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the engineering consultancy office.

Lead and supervise architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering teams.

Handle project coordination within Dubai and ensure timely delivery according to quality standards.

Liaise with Dubai authorities (Dubai Municipality, Building Permits, Engineering Consultancy Licensing).

Review and approve engineering drawings, reports, and submissions before client or authority approval.

Develop business opportunities and support in acquiring new projects.

Prepare technical and financial proposals for tenders and clients.

Lead project meetings with clients, developers, and contractors.

Improve office procedures, workflow, and overall service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Architecture, Civil, or related field).

12– 20 years of proven experience working within Dubai in engineering consultancy or project management.

Experience in leading teams or managing engineering office operations.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and engineering procedures.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in engineering and project management software.

Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
