Senior Engineer

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINEERS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee and manage the engineering aspects of residential and commercial construction projects. The Senior Engineer will play a crucial role in Onsite and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and adhering to safety and quality standards. This position requires expertise in construction processes, project management, and strong leadership abilities to guide teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

• Experience:
• 7–10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from design to completion.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Review and approve designs, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction.
• Supervise and mentor engineering teams, ensuring smooth site operations.
• Foster collaboration with other teams (procurement, design, and construction).
• Prepare project budgets, track expenditures, and estimates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
