Senior Engineer

Role Summary

You’ll handle day-to-day site execution for one or two buildings, manage contractors and billing, maintain quality and safety, coordinate with consultants, and keep the project running on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Execution & Planning

* Manage daily construction work

* Prepare weekly/monthly plans and track progress

* Ensure work follows updated drawings, BOQ, and specs

Contractor & Billing

* Take measurements and certify bills

* Apply deductions as per work order

* Maintain measurement sheets and records

Quality, Safety & Material Control

* Monitor RCC, steel, blockwork, plaster, finishing

* Check critical items like waterproofing and flooring

* Enforce safety at site

* Control material usage, quality checks, and timely indents

Coordination & Reporting

* Work with architects, structural/MEP consultants, and vendors

* Report progress, risks, and delays

* Coordinate MEP cutouts and sleeves during RCC/finishing

Finishing & Handover

* Manage punch lists, mockups, and final handover readiness

Skills Required

* Strong experience in residential high-rise construction

* Good command of BOQ, billing, and measurements

* Subcontractor management

* AutoCAD proficiency

* MS Word/Excel and planning tools

* Familiar with construction software

* Basic understanding of compliance and documentation

* Good planning and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

* Worked on G+10 or taller buildings

* Completed at least one project end-to-end

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
