Senior Engineer

We’re seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer specializing in interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring immediate availability and a strong track record in managing multiple high‑quality fit‑out projects. Candidates must have at least 5 years of UAE-based fit‑out experience

• Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring seamless collaboration between the project team and subcontractors.
• Identify and deploy the appropriate resources to maintain project efficiency.
• Effectively manage the project team according to the established timeline, ensuring optimal performance and outcomes.
• Possess strong understanding of project scheduling
• Liaise with the engineering department to address and resolve any technical or design-related matters.
• Maintain site safety and quality standards
• Lead and manage site labor teams efficiently
