Job summary

The Senior Engineer Civil will oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects related to real estate development. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership to ensure that projects meet both client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Must be currently working with a real estate developer firm.

* Experience in handling premium high-rise residential projects (Mivan shuttering experience required).

* Candidates from nearby locations preferred .

* Immediate joiners or within 15 days.

Location: Mundhawa / Nanded City / Lon kalbhor

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6-8 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant degree in a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise during project phases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise building projects
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards
