Senior Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer (Commercial) to manage commercial activities, contracts, cost control, and vendor coordination for our high-rise and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and project coordination skills with hands-on experience in commercial project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

• Work closely with site teams for measurement verification and quantity checks.
• Prepare commercial reports, MIS updates, reconciliation statements, and status reports.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up to maintain project timelines.

Material & System Knowledge

• Strong understanding of aluminium glazing systems, curtain walls, ACP, spider glazing, unitized systems, etc.
• Review and approve material submissions, samples, mock-ups, and technical datasheets.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Monitor and supervise façade installation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Verify measurements and coordinate with contractors for smooth installation.
• Identify and resolve site challenges related to façade systems.

Vendor Coordination & Commercial Support

• Liaise with façade contractors and vendors for technical clarifications.
• Review quotations and support in vendor evaluation.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to timelines.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure façade works follow QA/QC processes, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and management teams.
