Senior Engineer - Hardware

Design, develop mechanical enclosures, packaging for power electronic/energy systems.

Engineer thermal management systems, including heat sinks, liquid cooling & airflow.

Develop 3D models, assemblies, mfg drawings using CAD (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).

Create panels, brackets, and rugged mechanical structures to meet MIL standards.

Conduct thermal/structural simulations (CFD/FEA) to verify reliability.

Collaborate with electrical, thermal & systems engineers for integrated performance.

Assist with prototype & test rig development, and assembly qualification.

Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, & relevant defence standards.
