Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications leveraging modern LLM ecosystems and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with advanced generative AI models, AI orchestration frameworks, MLOps practices, and enterprise-grade system design.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML Engineering & LLM Development
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions using:
• OpenAI APIs (GPT-3.5, GPT-4.0)
• Gemini models
• Build structured AI services using:
• LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• PydanticAI & FastMCP
• Develop and optimize prompts following AI safety and best practices
• Implement RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows
• Ensure AI system observability, performance, and security

Backend & API Development

• Develop scalable APIs using:
• Python
• YAML
• FastAPI
• Apply structured validation using Pydantic-based frameworks
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases
• Build reusable AI components and automation-first solutions

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy AI solutions on:
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
• Apply MLOps principles for model lifecycle management
• Containerize workloads using:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Monitor performance, scalability, and cost trade-offs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI (GPT-3.5, GPT-4.0) and Gemini models
• Strong proficiency in Python and API-based AI system design
• Experience with PostgreSQL database design & optimization
• Cloud deployment experience (GCP preferred)
• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI safety principles
• Familiarity with containerized AI deployments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing full-stack AI-enabled applications
• Exposure to enterprise-grade architecture design
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills
