Senior Engineer Quality

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures for aluminium extrusion processes.
• Review and approve quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions (CAPA), and problem-solving initiatives
• Knowledge about to handling ISO & IATF audits, and BIS Certification also.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce scrap or rework.
• Handle customer quality complaints and ensure effective resolution.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding quality issues with incoming materials, including billet and dies.
• Supervise and calibrate measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, Vernier, calipers, Webster, UTM, BHN).
• Support or lead internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation for traceability and regulatory purposes.
• Mentor and guide junior quality engineers and inspectors.
• Conduct training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
