SENIOR ENGINEER TELECOM

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer with a strong background in CCTV systems, PAGA (Public Address & General Alarm) systems, and fibre optic cable laying to join our team for a major construction project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in construction site execution and the ability to lead technical activities in compliance with project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all execution activities as per approved drawings and project requirements.

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, PAGA, and fibre optic systems.

• Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of works.

• Attend project meetings with ADNOC representatives, present progress updates, and address technical points.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ADNOC standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline).

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in similar roles.

• Strong background in construction site execution for oil & gas or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Hands-on experience with CCTV, PAGA systems, and fibre optic cable laying.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Prior ADNOC project experience is an advantage.
