Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design IP backbone and transmission network architecture
• Plan capacity upgrades for telecom infrastructure growth
• Optimize network performance and traffic engineering strategies
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment deployment planning
• Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards
• Analyze network KPIs and performance metrics
• Support troubleshooting of IP transmission issues
• Prepare technical reports and network documentation.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of IP routing protocols
• Experience in transmission technologies and DWDM
• Expertise in network capacity planning tools
• Proficiency in telecom network performance optimization
• Ability to analyze complex network traffic
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
