Senior Engineering Manager (Technology & Systems)

Job Summary:
I3 Japan Technologies W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager (Technology & Systems) to lead engineering teams and oversee the development, integration, and optimization of technology systems. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, managing complex projects, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. What you'll do:

• Lead and manage engineering teams across technology and systems projects
• Oversee system design, development, integration, and deployment activities
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business goals
• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
• Coordinate with product, operations, and IT teams for seamless delivery
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical resources
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and quality control processes
• Review system architecture, technical documentation, and project deliverables
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve system capabilities
• Mentor and develop engineers to enhance team performance

Requirements:

• Experience in engineering management, systems engineering, or technology leadership
• Strong understanding of software systems, infrastructure, or enterprise technologies
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex projects
• Knowledge of system architecture, integration, and performance optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps, or enterprise systems is an advantage
