Senior Engineering Operations Manager

About the Role:
MST India Engineering & Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced and operations-focused Senior Engineering Operations Manager to oversee engineering operations, technical service delivery, and industrial project management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on optimizing engineering workflows, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading large-scale technical and infrastructure initiatives across industrial and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Operations Leadership: Oversee engineering operations, technical workflows, and infrastructure project execution initiatives
• Technical Services Management: Supervise engineering support services, maintenance operations, and technical system performance optimization
• Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement engineering process improvements, operational efficiency programs, and service delivery frameworks
• Infrastructure & Project Coordination: Manage engineering projects, resource allocation, scheduling, and operational continuity plans
• Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to Saudi engineering regulations, industrial safety standards, and operational compliance protocols
• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor engineering budgets, technical resources, procurement activities, and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, corporate clients, and operational partners
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track engineering KPIs, project milestones, operational reliability metrics, and technical performance benchmarks
• Team Leadership: Lead engineers, technical supervisors, maintenance specialists, operations coordinators, and project management teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in engineering operations management, technical services leadership, or industrial infrastructure operations
• Skills: Strong operational leadership, engineering systems management, and project coordination capabilities
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in engineering operations, industrial systems management, infrastructure services, and technical project execution
• Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and complex operational environments
