Senior Engineering Services Director

Job Summary:
Farangill Industrial Solutions W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Engineering Services Director to lead engineering operations and industrial service delivery in Kuwait City. What you'll do:

• Lead engineering services operations across industrial and technical projects
• Develop and implement engineering and operational strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee project execution, technical service delivery, and operational performance
• Manage engineering teams, technical specialists, and project managers
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, timelines, and operational efficiency metrics
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders on engineering solutions and project delivery
• Drive process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
• Support business development, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
• Lead innovation and continuous improvement in engineering operations

Requirements:

• Experience in engineering operations, industrial services, or technical project management
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Knowledge of industrial systems, engineering services, and operational workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience

Pay: KD3,500.000 - KD6,500.000 per month
