We are looking for a Senior Environmental Engineering Manager who will lead large-scale environmental projects and drive technical innovation. You will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high-impact sustainability initiatives. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership:

• Lead and manage environmental engineering teams across multiple projects
• Provide technical direction and ensure engineering best practices

Project Oversight:

• Plan, execute, and deliver environmental projects on time and within budget
• Monitor performance, risks, and compliance standards

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to local and international environmental regulations
• Prepare environmental impact assessments and reports

Sustainability Strategy:

• Develop innovative solutions for waste management, water treatment, and pollution control
• Support company-wide sustainability initiatives

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with government authorities, clients, and consultants
• Present technical reports and project updates to senior stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

Experience:

• 8+ years in environmental engineering
• At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of environmental systems, sustainability practices, and compliance standards
• Experience in waste management, water treatment, or environmental infrastructure projects

Leadership Skills:

• Proven ability to manage teams and large-scale projects
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Language Skills:

• English proficiency required
• Arabic is an advantage

Mindset:

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
• Ability to balance innovation with practical execution

Pay: ﷼26,000.00 - ﷼30,000.00 per month
