Senior Environmental Sales Executive – Hazardous & Non-Hazardous

Solvents & Petroleum Service, Inc. (SPS) Upstate NY & Northeast Base Salary: $130,000–$180,000 + Commission

Job Overview Solvents & Petroleum Service, Inc. (SPS) is seeking a senior-level, results-driven Environmental Sales Executive to grow our hazardous and non-hazardous waste business across Upstate New York and the Northeast. This is a business development–focused (“hunter”) role for an experienced environmental sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and close new businesses in hazardous and non-hazardous waste services

· Sell across SPS capabilities, including solvents, wastewater, TSDF services, consolidation, and recycling

· Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and strategic networking

· Provide consultative solutions to customers navigating RCRA, DOT, and state regulatory requirements

· Collaborate closely with operations to ensure service feasibility and profitability

· Manage territory performance, pipeline, and forecasts with light CRM discipline

Qualifications – Required

· 5+ years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, waste management, industrial services, or chemicals

· Proven success in new business development

· Working knowledge of hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams

· Ability to sell complex, regulated services

Preferred Experience

· TSDF, lab pack, wastewater, solvents, or industrial cleaning experience

· Existing regional customer relationships

· Self-directed, high-accountability work style
