Job Title: Senior ERP Developer

Department: Software Engineering

Reporting To: Head of Technology / CTO

Role Overview:

The Senior ERP Developer will lead enterprise module development across HR, Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, and Operations with a focus on secure, scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop ERP modules using .NET 8 MVC / Web API.

- Create workflows including PR→PO→GRN→Invoice.

- Implement RBAC, audit logs, approval hierarchies.

- Optimize SQL Server queries, procedures, triggers.

- Integrate external systems (NADRA, SMS, PBX, Finance).

- Write SRS, ERD, data dictionaries, sequence diagrams.

- Lead code reviews and mentor mid-level staff.

Required Skills:

- .NET 6/7/8, WebAPI, EF Core, LINQ

- SQL Server optimization, indexing, triggers

- Microservices, repository pattern, secure architecture

Preferred Skills:

- PowerBI / SSRS, Experience in Gov/Banking sector

Experience:

5–10 years backend development, 2+ years leading teams

Evaluation Criteria:

Candidate must demonstrate workflow architecture, SQL tuning, documentation quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
