Experienced ERP Manager – Naeem Electronics (Head Office – Lahore)

Position: ERP Manager ( SAP B1 )

Department: IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end SAP-B1 ERP management, including implementation, configuration, and support across all modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, etc.).
• Collaborate with department heads (Accounts, Finance, Tax, Inventory, HR) to develop efficient ERP workflows and reporting mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and ensure system integrity, user training, and process compliance.
• Coordinate with software developers, data analysts, and internal stakeholders to enhance system performance and automate manual processes.
• Regularly audit data input across departments to align with SOPs and corporate goals.
• Provide ongoing ERP training to staff to enhance system utilization and reduce errors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 Years years of hands-on experience managing SAP-B1 (Business One).
• Strong understanding of retail and installment-based business processes.
• Proven expertise in ERP customization, user access control, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience working in a structured corporate environment is preferred.
