Senior Escrow Officer

The Residential Escrow Officer/Closer position works with clients on balancing and preparing closing documents .

Responsibilities:

- Balance numbers with lenders and real estate agents

-Schedule closings

-Prepare closing documents

-Coordinate closings

-Comply with industry standards and regulations

-CUSTOMER SERVICE

Qualifications:

- Experience as an Escrow Closer or experience in the title/mortgage industry

- Superior customer service, organization and accuracy

- Interpersonal with strong written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment

Summary

As a Senior Escrow Officer, you will be instrumental in managing the escrow process, ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations while providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Escrow Manager, you will leverage your core skills in loan processing and your premium expertise in underwriting and loan origination to facilitate smooth transactions. Your strong communication abilities will enhance client interactions, while your relevant skills in contracts and banking will support effective escrow management. Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
