Senior ESG Investment Manage

Job Summary:
RA-ESG Sustainable Energy Qatar WLL is seeking a Senior ESG Investment Manager to lead environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-focused investment strategies across sustainable energy and infrastructure portfolios. This role is responsible for evaluating green investments, managing ESG risk frameworks, and driving capital allocation toward renewable energy and sustainability-aligned projects. If you are an experienced ESG finance or sustainable investment professional, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s renewable energy and impact investment sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead ESG investment strategy across renewable energy and sustainability portfolios
• Evaluate investment opportunities in clean energy, infrastructure, and green technologies
• Conduct ESG due diligence, risk assessment, and financial modeling
• Develop sustainable investment frameworks aligned with global ESG standards
• Monitor portfolio performance and ESG impact metrics
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project developers on investment decisions
• Prepare investment reports, board presentations, and financial recommendations
• Ensure compliance with international ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
• Identify emerging trends in renewable energy and impact investing
• Manage stakeholder relations including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• Experience in ESG investing, sustainable finance, or investment management roles
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills
• Knowledge of renewable energy markets and sustainability frameworks
• Familiarity with ESG reporting standards and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in private equity, asset management, or infrastructure investing is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in GCC or international investment markets is an advantage

Pay: QAR30,000.00 - QAR55,000.00 per month
