Kalicki Collier LLP is a premier boutique law firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. We’re looking for a Senior Estate Planning Attorney who is entrepreneurial, client-focused, and ready for a partner-track role.

This is your chance to step into a practice with 400+ warm client leads, serve ultra-successful families, and build your own book - without the politics of a big firm.

What You’ll Do

• Advise on estate planning strategies (wills, trusts, charitable planning, business succession).
• Support advanced structures (IDGTs, SLATs, GRATs, etc.) with big-ticket cases referred internally.
• Build and manage relationships with affluent clients (U.S. and abroad).
• Develop charitable planning opportunities and grow the firm’s footprint.
• Travel to meet clients (East Coast + occasional international, including Portugal).
• Grow into leadership: this is a succession planning opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• JD + LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.
• 7+ years estate planning experience (less with LL.M. + strong background).
• Proven ability to bring/develop a book of business.
• Skilled communicator with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Licensed in Nevada.
• Entrepreneurial mindset - motivated by impact and income growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
