· Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and overheads.

· Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope documents to identify cost drivers and risks.

· Ensure all estimations are compliant with client requirements and industry standards.

· Review and validate estimates prepared by team members to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.

· Manage the entire tendering process, including pre-qualification, bid preparation, and submission.

· Develop comprehensive tender documents and proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.

· Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, engineering, project management) to gather required inputs for tenders.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during the tender process to address queries and obtain clarifications.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.

· Develop tendering strategies to maximize the organization's success rate while maintaining profitability.

· Prepare cost and technical comparisons for various tender options and recommend the most viable solutions.

· Mentor and guide a team of estimators and tendering professionals to ensure high-quality outputs.

· Assign tasks and monitor team performance to meet deadlines and deliverables.

· Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
