The Operational Briefing: Located in the prominent commercial sector of Airport Heights, Muscat, Construcciones Gena Oman is a leading engineering and civil construction firm delivering major structural, architectural, and infrastructure projects across the Sultanate. We are currently looking to onboard a strategic Senior Estimation Manager to guide our commercial bid operations.

Primary Management Spheres:

• Directing Bid Strategy: Leading the full lifecycle of project cost estimation, quantity surveying analysis, and comprehensive budget forecasting for major civil engineering and structural builds.
• Managing Supplier Network: Partnering with supply chain, procurement, and external sub-contractors to negotiate highly competitive material rates and resource allocations.
• Overseeing Compliance: Reviewing all final tender submissions and project cost models to guarantee absolute alignment with Oman's public procurement laws and civil construction regulations.
• Fostering Team Synergy: Guiding a diverse team of estimators and surveyors in a supportive workspace that values clear communication and collective problem-solving.
