Senior Estimator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimator to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven UAE experience in estimating interior fit-out works, with a strong understanding of iOS (Interior Office Solutions) and local market rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and joinery projects, including commercial, retail, residential, and hospitality sectors.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare complete BOQs.
• Identify materials, labor, and time requirements to create comprehensive estimates.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure accuracy in pricing and scope.
• Prepare tender and bid submissions within given deadlines.
• Update cost databases and estimation tools based on current market rates.
• Conduct post-tender negotiations and value engineering if required.
• Maintain records of estimated and actual costs for benchmarking future projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE fit-out industry.
• Proven background in estimation of iOS (Interior Office Solutions) and high-end interior finishes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local material pricing, labor rates, and authority requirements.
• Proficient in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Candy, Excel, AutoCAD).
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred:

• UAE Driving License.
• Experience in joinery estimation is a plus.
• Fluent in English
