Senior Estimator

We are looking for as estimator with minimum 2 years of experience in the marble industry who will be responsible for assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, and providing accurate and competitive estimates for marble-related projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams, including sales, project management, and procurement, to ensure that our pricing aligns with market standards while meeting client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Assessment:
• Review project specifications and drawings to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and clients to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
• Cost Analysis:
• Conduct thorough cost analysis for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
• Utilize historical data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to ensure accurate cost estimations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quantity Takeoff:
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Work closely with the procurement team to obtain accurate pricing for marble materials.
• Prepare comprehensive and well-organized cost estimates, including detailed breakdowns of costs for materials, labor, equipment, and overhead.
• Clearly communicate assumptions, exclusions, and any special considerations that may impact the estimate.
