Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Estimator role located in Dublin, CA. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to develop competitive bids. This role includes analyzing supplier proposals, identifying potential risks, and providing recommendations to the management team. The Senior Estimator will also assist in project scheduling, value engineering, and maintaining accurate cost data for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget preparation, and bid analysis.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Experience with estimating software and tools, such as Bluebeam or Procore.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating or a related role.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or civil construction is a plus.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
