Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Designer - Corporate Events, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Event Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional event design concepts, planning event layouts, and ensuring effective space use for corporate events. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients and internal teams to align on vision, managing event planning and execution workflows, and overseeing the integration of branding elements. The role demands close coordination with production teams to ensure seamless transitions from design concepts to finalized executions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Designing and Event Planning, with a creative approach to conceptualizing and organizing corporate events.
• Experience in Event Management and collaboration with teams to ensure flawless event execution and quality outcomes.
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present concepts, and coordinate with stakeholders effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Sales and client relationship management for providing tailored solutions that align with corporate needs.
• Proficiency in design tools and an understanding of branding and spatial design principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate event design or similar industries is an advantage.
