Senior Events & Worship Coordinator

Job Summary:
Seven Church Ministries Kuwait is seeking a Senior Events & Worship Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of worship services, ministry events, and community gatherings. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth service flow, high-quality worship experiences, and well-organized events that support the ministry’s mission and community engagement. If you are a highly organized leader with experience in events coordination, worship support, or ministry operations, this is a meaningful opportunity to serve and lead in Kuwait.

What you'll do:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate weekly worship services and ministry events
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, setup, sound, staging, and program flow
• Coordinate worship teams, volunteers, speakers, and technical support staff
• Ensure smooth execution of services and events from planning to completion
• Develop event plans, service outlines, and ministry schedules
• Oversee worship service quality, timing, and overall experience
• Manage communication between pastors, ministry leaders, and technical teams
• Support creative planning for worship programs, special events, and outreach activities
• Coordinate rehearsals, event preparation, and volunteer assignments
• Ensure all events align with ministry goals and values

Requirements:

• Experience in events coordination, church ministry operations, or worship services
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and event schedules
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Experience working with volunteers and ministry teams is an advantage
• Knowledge of audio/visual, stage setup, or live event production is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment

Pay: KD900.000 - KD1,500.000 per month
